THE ROYAL HOUSE OF STUART

Sovereign Realm of Scotland

Their Sovereign Majesties

"Bound by sacred oath, historical law, and the eternal flame of a great dynasty,
HM Bruce II and HM Liudmyla carry the ancient crown and sovereignty of Scotland forward."

Sovereign Proclamation

Ref: SCO/GOV-REC/2026/001 — Irrevocable Constitutive Notice

We, HM Bruce II, King of Scots, and HM Liudmyla, Queen of Scotland, do hereby solemnly proclaim our enduring commitment to the Kingdom of Scotland and to all who dwell within her ancient and noble bounds.

This official communication is transmitted to all foreign sovereigns, governments, and international bodies not for the purpose of seeking validation, permission, or approval, but to formally declare and proclaim an unassailable reality of international and constitutional law.

By right of blood verified through genomic mapping, historical constitutional law, formal royal communications and proclamations from Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, and the irreversible dissolution of the 1707 Treaty of Union, we stand as determined guardians of this realm.

« We do not come to assert a mere claim upon the Scottish throne; it stands restored in the hearts of the people and the truth of history. Our aim is to restore constitutional order, establish rightful governance, and rebuild our nation's destiny. »

Let it be known throughout Alba and across the world that the flame of the Royal House of Stuart burns with unyielding brilliance.
« Scotland endures. The Sovereign House endures. »
